One of the more convenient ways to get our herbs is to extract them in honey, vinegar, and/or alcohol (usually combined with water). These preparations keep for a relatively long time, and are effective in small doses. This is because they are quite potent. While nothing here falls into the category of toxic or dangerous, I suggest starting on the low end of the recommended amount, and work up from there as needed, to avoid waste. Then again, they are rather tasty and I encourage you to enjoy them as additions to food or drink as much as for their health benefits.
